Your COLORON journey doesn’t end with you making a purchase! We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your eyewear. If for any reason you would like to return your glasses then you have a 60-day hassle-free money back guarantee for any glasses purchased directly through


  • Eyewear may be returned within 60 days of the date we shipped your order for a full refund. A credit will be issued in the form of amount tendered for the original transaction. Steps to return an item are listed in the section below.
  • Please repack item carefully in its original condition and include all contents as they arrived.
  • Please fill out the digital return form before initiating a return delivery.
  • Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place until you receive your refund.
  • This return policy only applies to purchases made on our website ( If your product was purchased elsewhere or at one of our retail partners, please contact the original retailer directly.
  • If the item is damaged or incomplete, the returned item may not be accepted or a processing fee may be applied.
  • Late returns may be refused or assessed a processing fee, depending on the circumstances.
  • No refunds are offered beyond 60 days.


1. To initiate a return, please fill out our digital return form where we ask you all the mandatory information we need to initiate the return & refund process. After filling out the return form, you will get your personal return ID (please save it).

2. Write the return ID number on the delivery note or the invoice that came in the box with your order. If you can't find your return ID you can also write your original order number instead. It is important so that we can make sure that the returned item we received is yours.

3. Repack the item(s) carefully including all components. Make sure the eyewear is in its original case and include the delivery note with your return ID number.

4. Ship the eyewear with the delivery note in original packaging or other padded box and mail to:

Please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place until you receive your refund. We recommend using your local postal service to minimise risk of additional charges and delays in refund processing. If you choose to use an international shipping service (e.g. GLS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT) be sure to pay all shipping duties and taxes upfront.

5. Once package is received, refund requests are normally processed in maximum 10 business days. You will be contacted via email if there are any issues.

6. After this period, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Paypal). *If you chose cash on delivery option for the original order (Hungary), we will place the credit onto the given bank account in the digital return form. Once your refund has been processed, it might take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
