Warranty Information


If your item was purchased at one of our COLORON authorised retailers, please first get in touch with them. If they are unable to assist you or your purchased your item with COLORON directly, please follow the instructions below to receive assistance with your COLORON items.


COLORON products have a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. COLORON’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Additionally, any alterations of COLORON products (i.e. eyewear fit with prescription lenses) will void warranty coverage.


Our warranty is only good for product replacement and does not warrant a refund of any type. COLORON’s obligation in the event of a defective product is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at COLORON’s discretion.


Damage from improper or abnormal use is not covered. Our warranty covers the functionality of the product. COLORON has the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect and what constitutes normal wear and tear or accidents. To make a warranty claim, you will need a valid proof of purchase and to return the damaged eyewear to us for inspection.


What is not covered under our policies:

  • Accidents including, but not limited to dropped/dented products
  • Exposure to extreme high temperatures or heavy pressure
  • Any other physical damage
  • Lost products or accessory parts

Please note: COLORON products purchased from eBay, or any other unauthorised dealers will not be covered by our warranty.


Defective products must be returned directly to COLORON in adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return.


How to File a Warranty Claim

COLORON will replace your product free of charge in the instance of a manufacturer defect.

Before sending your product back, please contact us via email at returns@coloron.eu with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • Copy of invoice
  • Photo of warranty issue
  • Ship-to address to return repaired / replacement product

Our customer service team will process your claim and get back to you within maximum 30 calendar days with the result of the warranty investigation, and estimate shipping date of your new replacement if applicable.
