Refund and Return Policy

Your COLORON journey doesn’t end with your purchase — we want you to be completely happy with your eyewear. That’s why we offer a 60-day hassle-free money-back right to withdraw for all glasses purchased directly on coloron.eu. 

Important return policy details: 

  • Eyewear may be returned within 60 days of receiving the product. A credit will be issued in the form of amount tendered for the original transaction. 
  • Please repack the item carefully in its original condition, including all components as you received them. 
  • Please fill out the digital return form before sending anything back — this helps us identify and process your return correctly. 
  • Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping. 
  • Please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place until you receive your refund. 
  • This return policy only applies to purchases made on our website (coloron.eu). If your product was purchased elsewhere or at one of our retail partners, please contact the original retailer directly. 
  • If the returned item is damaged or incomplete, we may reject the return or apply a handling fee. 
  • No returns will be accepted beyond the 60-day limit. 

Return my purchase via digital return form: 

The easiest way for us to handle your withdrawal is if you fill out the digital return form – this may also help make the refund process faster and smoother. (The following policy applies only to digital return form. Of course, you’re fully entitled to exercise your right of withdrawal in other ways as well! You can find more information about that here: General Terms and Conditions). 

If you choose to use the digital return form to exercise your right of withdrawal, we collect all the mandatory information we need to initiate the withdrawal process. After filling out the return form, you will get your personal return ID— please keep this for reference. 

Write the return ID number on the delivery note or the invoice that came in the box with your order. If you can’t find your return ID you can also write your original order number instead. It is important so that we can make sure that the returned item we received is yours. 

Repack the eyewear and all accessories carefully. Make sure the eyewear is in its original case and include the delivery note with your return ID number. 

Ship the eyewear with the delivery note in original packaging or other padded box and mail to:

Please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place until you receive your refund. We recommend using your local postal service to minimise risk of additional charges and delays in refund processing. If you choose to use an international shipping service (e.g. GLS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT) be sure to pay all shipping duties and taxes upfront. 

Once package is received, refund requests are normally processed in maximum 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will be contacted via email if there are any issues.

HOW DO I MAKE A GIFT RETURN? 

In case if you received a COLORON eyewear as a gift and didn’t have the delivery note or order number with it, please contact us directly at returns@coloron.eu. We will help you identify the order based on the product etiquette on the product box.
